Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for eligible unopened items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Opened, used, or unsealed skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at support@sankarle.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For customers in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have a 14-day cooling-off right as required by applicable law. However, for hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed skincare products cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-returnable, except where required by law or if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, or unless otherwise required by law.
